Health Center Facilities in Nkwelle Ezunaka

In pursuance of the continued effort to improve health Center facilities in Nkwelle Ezunaka, NEUSA hereby invites interested, competent and reputable Civil Engineering Companies with relevant experience, requisite expertise, and good track record for timely delivery of projects, to apply for construction of a new 4 bedroom, self contained quarters for health Center staff.

Scope of Work
Construction of 4 bedroom staff quarters as shown on drawings and plans.

Pre-Qualification Criteria
Interested and competent individuals or companies are required to submit the following prequalification documents for assessment:

The person shall be an Nkwelle Ezunaka indigene or the company must be owned by an Nkwelle Ezunaka indigene with ties to an NEUSA member or guaranteed by an NEUSA member.

The person or company must be registered as a business name or limited liability company.

Have evidence of doing such jobs in the past with pictures.

Have reference letter from their bank addressed to NEUSA. 

Show evidence of company or individual tax.

For communication, the person or company shall provide a valid email address and phone number with WhatsApp application.

Method of Submission of Prequalification Documents:
In compliance with NEUSA, each company is required to register and submit all documents online through email: Click Here To Submit Your Tender.

Deadline for Submission:
The pre-qualification documents should be submitted online on or before 12:00 noon, February 14th 2024.
Pre-qualified contractors should be notified accordingly and shall visit the website 
address above to enable them obtain their tender documents.
 By the submission of pre-qualification documents, NEUSA is neither committed 
nor obliged to award any contract to any contactor/supplier or agents.
 This invitation for pre-qualification is not an invitation to tender for the projects. This shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of NEUSA, nor shall it entitle any contractor/supplier to make any claims whatsoever or seek any indemnity from NEUSA.
 That due diligence would be followed as all documents would be verified including 
the past executed works and contractors’ offices shall be visited. Any discrepancies found would disqualify the contractor/company.
 Only contractors that have been pre-qualified and found suitable will be Invited to competitively tender for this project
